Overhead crane version 1.1 for SpinTires (v03.03.16 – v1.7.1)

Envelope from MudRunner. The bridge crane is taken from the map, useful for those who make maps! For loading logs, etc.

Added a prebuild map for the editor, so that you could see how to install, an overhead crane! And also to test the map in the game, so to speak! I also excuse myself, I threw the model of the bridge support, without it the bridge cannot be installed!
